QUALIFIED ACCEPTANCE
(условный акцепт) Акцепт (acceptence) векселя (bill of exchange), изменяющий действие векселя, предусмотренное при его выписке. Держатель может отказаться от принятия условного акцепта, известив об этом лицо, выставившее вексель, а также всех индоссантов, которые в противном случае теряют ответственность по векселю. Если держатель соглашается на условный акцепт, это освобождает от ответственности всех ранее поставивших подпись на переводном векселе, согласия которых не имеется.
